At our logistics division, we don’t just move cargo; we solve puzzles. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to act as the vital link between our international clients, carriers, and the global supply chain.
Imagine a workday where you are the “go-to” expert for international shipments, all from the comfort of your home office.
The Asia Connection. You start your day by syncing with the East. Using Chinese, you jump into WeChat and emails to smooth out documentation with suppliers. Your expertise ensures that no shipment stays stuck. The Client Consultant. You switch to English to update your European clients. You don’t just read a status report; you provide solutions, build trust, and ensure their imports are gliding through the chain. When a logistics bottleneck occurs at a transshipment point, you take the lead. You coordinate with rederijen and forwarders, weigh the options, and keep the client informed with clear, honest communication. You close your laptop with the satisfaction that your communication kept the world moving today.
We need a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and understands the fast-paced world of logistics.
You are fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal). This is the core of the role, you will be the primary bridge for our Chinese-speaking partners. (Note: Chinese proficiency is a strict requirement).
You have 1+ years of experience in import/export or with a logistics service provider. You understand the “how” and “why” of the supply chain.
You love the freedom of working from home and take full ownership of your tasks.
A gross monthly salary of €2,600 – €3,500 (based on 40 hours), depending on your experience.
This role is 100% Remote-friendly and we are open to Part-time arrangements. We focus on results, not your clock-in time.
A travel allowance of €0.23 per km for those moments we do meet up.
