From your home office, you catch up with Asia. You dive into WeChat and emails in Chinese, resolving documentation queries with ease. Your fluency prevents delays before they even happen.Mid-morning, you switch to English for a video call with a European client. You don’t just give updates; you provide peace of mind.When a shipment hits a bottleneck at a transshipment point, you take charge. You negotiate with carriers and forwarders, weigh the options, and deliver a proactive solution to your client. You wrap up the day by aligning all parties and optimizing processes. You close your laptop knowing that, because of you, cargo is moving smoothly across the globe.
We speak the language of logistics, and we need you to speak it too—literally.
You are fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written). This is the heartbeat of the role; you’ll be communicating daily with our international partners. (Please note: Chinese fluency is a strict requirement).
You have at least one year of experience in import/export or with a logistics service provider. You know your way around a Bill of Lading and a supply chain schedule.
You are self-motivated, disciplined, and love the ownership that comes with a remote-first environment.
