As a reach truck operator via Staffice, you’ll be part of a fast-paced logistics hub near Schiphol. You’ll make sure high-volume goods are stored safely, processed on time, and sent out smoothly. This is where precision meets teamwork — and where your skills make a real difference.
You’ll work rotating shifts: one week early (06:00–15:30), one week late (14:30–23:00). The rhythm is steady and gives you time to enjoy your mornings or evenings depending on the week. Because the warehouse is located outside public transport routes, you’ll need your own way to get there — by car, scooter, or bike.
This is a secure work environment, which means you need to apply for a Certificate of No Objection (VGB). To qualify, you must have lived in an EU, EEA, or NATO country for at least the past 7 years. Don’t worry — we’ll take care of the paperwork, you just need to meet the criteria.
What you’ll do
Operate a reach truck to transport goods to and from high storage locations
Load and unload trucks with care and efficiency
Scan, register, and label goods in the system
Organize inventory and support picking operations
Inspect products and materials for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Coordinate closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors
What we’re looking for
Valid reach truck certificate (mandatory)
Experience in a logistics or warehouse setting
Ability to work two shifts (early and late) on a rotating weekly schedule
Your own transport — no public transit available to the site
Physically fit and comfortable working in an active, high-paced environment
Residing in an EU, EEA, or NATO country for the past 7 years (required for VGB)
A reliable, accurate, and safety-first mindset
What you get from us
Base pay of €16.47 per hour
Premium rates: €24.70/hour on Saturdays, €32.94/hour on Sundays
Bonus pay: 130% for weekday overtime, 150% on Saturdays, 200% on Sundays
Weekly or 4-weekly payout — your choice
Travel allowance from 10 km one-way
Holiday allowance (8.33%) and pension accrual per Dutch labor agreement
