In this role, you are much more than just a driver; you are a key player in the physical flow of our warehouse. Your day is a balance between precision maneuvering on the forklift and active involvement in manual warehouse operations. You ensure that racks are replenished flawlessly, but you are equally prepared to step off your machine to assist your colleagues with manual sorting, quality checks, or prepping orders for shipment. You have an eye for detail, notice when work needs to be done, and take pride in a fully organized and processed goods flow at the end of your shift.

Tasks

• Operating the forklift with high precision to move heavy and delicate loads.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers efficiently.
• Manually sorting, repacking, and labeling products when required.
• Performing strict quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Supporting the team with various physical warehouse tasks outside of the forklift.
• Accurately registering goods movements in the management system.

We are looking for

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a forklift operator.
• A valid forklift certificate (safety is our absolute priority).
• A strong willingness to spend approximately 50% of your time on physical tasks off the truck.
• A proactive work ethic and the physical stamina required for an active warehouse role.
• Proficiency in English or Dutch to ensure clear communication on the floor.
• High reliability and a professional sense of responsibility for equipment and safety.
