StiPP stands for “Foundation Pension Fund for Staffing Services” and it is a pension fund specifically designed for employees. It serves as a supplement to your state pension (AOW), and participation becomes mandatory once you meet the eligibility criteria.

How do you know if you have been enrolled? You can see the deductions made for StiPP on your pay slip. We report this information to StiPP periodically.
