To get started with Staffice, you need to create your account so that you can, among other things, sign agreements, view placements, read the employee handbook, access pay stubs, and much more. It may take a little time the first time, but you’ll soon have access to your documents in a secure environment. We’ll explain step by step how you can do this:
Creating an Account:
1 – You have received an email with a personal link to create your account. When you click on the link, you will be directed to a page where you can create your account. Click on “Register.”
2 – Fill in all your details. Please make sure to use the same email address that we have on record. This is the same email address where you received the invitation.
3 – After creating your account, you will receive an email to confirm your account.
4 – If you are using your mobile device, download “Flexwrapp” from your app store.
5 – Then, log in using the credentials you just created. You will also receive an email to confirm that you want to link “Flexwrapp” with your Staffice account. Depending on your phone settings, you may need to choose a PIN code to use the app.
6 – Once you are logged in, you will see four options at the bottom: “Messages,” “Documents,” “Jobs,” and “Home.” This means you are logged in.
The next step is signing documents, which is very important! You can easily do this within the app. Follow the steps below:
1 – Go to “Documents.”
2 – Select “Digital Signature.”
3 – You will then see the documents that still need to be signed.
4 – Choose the document you want to sign and select one of the options.
5 – After reading the document, you can press the document again and select “Sign.”
6 – Repeat this process for all the documents that need to be signed.
Under “Documents,” you will also find two tabs: one for pay stubs and annual statements and another for published documents. Please read these carefully.
