RI&E or ARBO Checklijst – English

At Staffice, we always strive for full compliance and strong support for our clients. An important part of this is working with an up-to-date RI&E or an ARBO checklist.

Risks exist everywhere, including in the workplace.
The purpose of this checklist is not to “point out” the risks within your organisation. On the contrary: we fully trust that you are doing everything you can to create a safe working environment.

This checklist simply helps us to:

  • clearly map out the existing risks, and
  • even more importantly: determine how these risks and potential workplace accidents can be prevented.

This benefits everyone, your organisation, your employees, and our temporary workers.

Why this checklist?

As you’re probably aware, organisations are required to share their RI&E (Risk Inventory & Evaluation) with us as the employing agency, so that we can provide it to all temporary workers who will be working at your organisation.

However, in practice we often see that an RI&E is:

  • not yet available,
  • incomplete, or
  • not shared in time.

In those situations, we use an ARBO checklist.
We have just shared this checklist with you, and it includes all relevant risks connected to the roles in which our temporary workers are (or will be) deployed within your organisation.

Once the checklist has been signed, we share it directly with every temporary worker starting at your company.
This ensures that everyone clearly understands:

  • which risks may be present,
  • how these risks can be prevented, and
  • how to work safely from day one.

This creates a safer working environment for your organisation, your employees, and the temporary workers.
