Coming in for an Interview? Here’s What to Expect
We are excited to meet you! To help you prepare, we’ve outlined what you can expect during your interview at Staffice and what you need to bring with you.
What to Expect
During this initial meeting, we will get to know each other better. We will provide a detailed explanation of the vacancy you applied for, ensuring you have a clear picture of the role and the work environment.
Mandatory Identity Check
By law, we are required to verify the identity of every candidate and ensure all necessary documentation is in order before you can start working. We perform this check for everyone, without exception.
What to Bring With You
Please ensure you bring the following documents to your interview:
-
Valid Proof of Identity: A passport, ID card, or residence permit.
Please note: A driver’s license is not a valid form of identification for employment purposes.
-
Proof of BSN: An official document stating your Citizen Service Number (Burgerservicenummer).
-
Specific Documentation: Any additional documents applicable to your specific situation. For example, if you are from Ukraine, please bring your IND sticker and official letter.
-
Driver’s License: Only if you are applying for a position that specifically requires one.
Next Steps
If the conversation is successful and both parties are enthusiastic about moving forward, we will give you the “green light” to start! At that point, our recruiter will guide you through the onboarding process and explain everything you need to know about your contract and your first day.
