Before you start working with us, we are legally required to verify your identity. We use the services of Datachecker for this process. Datachecker is a recognized specialist that uses advanced systems to verify the legitimacy of your documents and ensure that you are the rightful owner.
This check is mandatory and is conducted entirely digitally. If you have all the required documents ready, the process will only take 2 to 3 minutes.
What do you need?
Please ensure you have the following items ready before starting the check:
- A valid ID: Your identity card (ID), passport, or residence permit.
- Additional documents (if applicable): If you have a TWV (work permit) or a sticker in your passport, please have these ready as well.
- Proof of your BSN (Social Security Number): An official government document (such as a payslip, insurance policy, or tax letter) that clearly shows both your name and your BSN.
- Good lighting: Make sure you are in a well-lit area so a clear selfie can be taken.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the link: You will receive an invitation from us via email or SMS with a unique link to Datachecker’s secure environment.
- Scan your document: Follow the on-screen instructions to photograph the front and back of your ID. Ensure there is no glare from lights and that all corners of the document are visible.
- Upload BSN proof: Upload a photo or scan of the document that lists your BSN.
- Selfie check: The system will ask you to take a selfie. This is to verify that the person performing the check matches the photo on the ID.
- Completion: Once you have completed all steps, the data will be processed securely. You will be notified as soon as the check has been approved.
Important: You cannot begin your employment until this check is successfully completed. Your privacy is our priority: your data will be treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with legal GDPR standards.
