As a warehouse operator, you’ll work via Staffice at a logistics company based at Schiphol Airport. You ensure all cargo is processed correctly and safely. From scanning shipments to building aircraft pallets, you’re a key player in the supply chain.
What will your day look like?
You’ll be working in a two-shift schedule: one week in the day shift, the next in the evening shift. Mornings are for unloading trucks, while later shifts involve building pallets and coordinating with warehouse leads. You and your team keep things running smoothly.
Tasks
- Scanning inbound and outbound cargo
- Building and dismantling pallets and aircraft plates
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Reporting and registering damages
- Checking shipment documents
- Operating forklift and EPT
- Keeping the warehouse clean and safe
- Communicating with warehouse coordinators
We are looking for
- Experience with airfreight and customs procedures
- Dutch and English skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with the forklift and EPT
- Certified Airfreight Employee certificate
- VGB security clearance required
- Own transport and willingness to work in both day and evening shifts
- Accurate, stress-resistant and eager to learn
