Allround Logistics Employee (Nieuw-Vennep)
You open the door, the morning sun lights up the warehouse, and you just know: this is going to be another day where you make the difference. As an allround logistics employee, you’ll work in a modern environment where technology and teamwork go hand in hand. No need to wait endlessly for instructions here, you’re trusted to take initiative. No managers breathing down your neck, but the freedom to take ownership and do what needs to be done.

What your day looks likes
You start with a fresh cup of coffee or tea. You check the schedule and you’re off. A delivery just came in? You’ve got it covered. Meanwhile, a display needs to be assembled for shipping lucky you’re handy, because a screwdriver holds no secrets for you. You double-check the stock in the system, move a few pallets to the right place, and help a new colleague find their way. In the afternoon, you independently handle a rush order. You keep your cool, stay in control, and make sure everything ships on time. At the end of your shift, you walk out the door with a satisfied feeling. Ready to do it all again tomorrow.

Your responsibilities

  • Receive, check and process incoming goods
  • Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Carry out light assembly tasks using hand tools
  • Move pallets with warehouse transport equipment
  • Monitor and update inventory in the system
  • Pack and label customer orders for delivery
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized
  • Set your own priorities and take initiative

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve got warehouse experience or learn quickly on the job
  • You know how to use a screwdriver and aren’t afraid to get hands-on
  • You’re independent, but know when to ask for help
  • You speak English
  • You’re fit, energetic, and enjoy staying active
  • You take ownership and have a proactive mindset

  • A gross hourly wage starting at €14.50
  • Weekly or every-four-week payment, your choice
