As a bicycle assembly worker, you are responsible for fully preparing various types of bicycles, ranging from city bikes to advanced e-bikes. You start your day at 07:45 with a briefing and a cup of coffee, after which you begin mounting frames and adjusting gears based on a checklist. Throughout the day, you work precisely on testing brakes and lighting to ensure every bicycle leaves the workshop in top condition. At 17:00, you wrap up your day in an organized environment, knowing your work helps people get on the road safely.
Tasks
Assemble bicycles completely based on technical instructions.
Accurately adjust brakes, gears, and lighting.
Inspect the quality and safety of every finished bicycle.
Prepare bicycles for shipment and packaging.
Maintain administration on work orders.
Identify technical defects or deviations.
Collaborate with colleagues on the production line to meet planning goals.
Keep your own workstation clean and organized.
Report progress to the team leader.
We are looking for
You have technical insight and enjoy working with your hands.
Experience in a production or assembly environment is an advantage.
You can work with hand tools such as pliers and torque wrenches.
You speak and understand Dutch or English.
You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
You are physically able to perform standing work all day.
You are available for 40 hours per week.
You have a proactive attitude and keep your commitments.
