We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join the team at our client’s warehouse in the Netherlands. In this role, you give every workday a kickstart by handling inquiries from business clients and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You aren’t just answering emails; you are building relationships and solving puzzles to keep customers happy. You will be working at an international apparel specialist, ensuring that every order and question is handled with a smile!
A typical workday:
You arrive at the warehouse office, grab a coffee, and dive into the CRM system. You’ll spend your day engaging with a wide range of business customers, coordinating with the warehouse team to check order statuses, and ensuring all data entry is spot-on. It’s a fast-paced environment where you keep your cool and stay organized, even when things get busy. Since you’ll be working for a client of ours in the apparel industry, you’ll be right where the action is.
