Quality Inspector – Aerospace Components
Are you driven by precision, detail, and the idea of working on components that actually go into space?
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be part of a high-tech environment producing advanced composite parts for the aerospace industry. Every day brings something new — from testing satellite panels to collaborating with engineers on product quality. Join a growing team where your accuracy and insight truly make a difference.

A Day in Your New Role
Your day starts with a coffee and a quick look at the planning dashboard. Today’s mission: inspect high-end components destined for aircraft or satellites. Together with your team, you discuss priorities, then get hands-on.

You perform precise visual checks, take measurements, and run technical tests. If you spot an irregularity, you work closely with engineering to resolve it. You’ll also conduct Factory Acceptance Tests and keep meticulous documentation for full traceability.

In the afternoon, you might inspect incoming materials, calibrate measuring tools, or monitor the cleanroom environment. Before wrapping up, you complete your reports and prepare for tomorrow’s inspections.

Every day you ensure that only top-quality products leave the floor, and that’s something to be proud of.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect composite panels and aerospace components with precision
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks
  • Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before shipment
  • Inspect incoming materials and supplier parts
  • Calibrate measuring instruments per schedule
  • Record cleanroom temperature and humidity data
  • Document and report inspection results for traceability
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams
  • Support internal and external quality audits

What You Bring

  • MBO-level technical education or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control, production, or technical development
  • Aerospace or composite experience is a plus (not a must)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with measurement and inspection tools (CMM or NDI experience is an advantage)
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Independent, proactive, and motivated by technical challenges

What You’ll Get

  • Direct employment with an innovative, fast-growing company
  • Competitive salary: €3,108 – €4,438 gross/month, depending on experience
  • 32 vacation days for great work-life balance
  • Hybrid work possibilities
  • Growth opportunities through coaching and training
  • Modern, high-tech, and clean work environment
  • Solid pension plan
  • The chance to contribute to real space missions
  • A friendly, professional team that values teamwork and humor
