Quality Inspector – Aerospace Components
Do you have an eye for detail, love working with precision, and dream of contributing to products that literally go into space?
Then this is your opportunity to become a Quality Inspector in a high-tech environment where innovation and precision come together.

You’ll be working on advanced composite components for the aerospace industry — products that truly make an impact. No two days are the same: one day you’ll be testing a satellite panel, and the next you’ll be discussing product quality with engineers. You’re the key link that ensures only perfection makes it to the finish line.

What Your Day Looks Like
Your day starts with a cup of coffee and a quick look at the planning. Today’s mission: inspect components that will soon take to the skies, or even beyond. Together with your colleagues, you set priorities and get to work.

You perform visual inspections, take precise measurements, and record everything carefully. Notice a deviation? You’ll collaborate with the engineering team to find the best solution. You’ll also conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and maintain detailed documentation to ensure full traceability.

In the afternoon, you’ll inspect incoming materials, calibrate measuring tools, and check the cleanroom conditions. At the end of the day, you update your reports and align with the team on tomorrow’s tasks.

Every day is different, but one thing never changes: thanks to your attention to detail, only top-quality products leave the production floor.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Inspect composite panels and aerospace components
  • Perform visual and dimensional checks
  • Test products and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
  • Inspect incoming materials and supplier components
  • Calibrate measuring instruments according to the schedule
  • Record cleanroom conditions (temperature and humidity)
  • Document measurements and prepare quality reports
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement to ensure quality standards
  • Support internal and external audits

What You Bring

  • A completed MBO-level technical education or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality control, production, or a technical environment
  • Experience in aerospace or composites is a plus, not a must
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques (experience with CMM or NDI is an advantage)
  • You work precisely, independently, and take initiative
  • Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Most importantly: you take pride in delivering top-quality work

What We Offer

  • A direct employment contract with an innovative and growing company
  • A gross monthly salary between €3,108 and €4,438, depending on experience
  • 32 vacation days for a healthy work-life balance
  • Hybrid work options available
  • Plenty of room for growth, coaching, and training
  • A modern, clean, and technologically advanced workplace
  • A solid pension plan and attractive secondary benefits
  • The chance to literally contribute to missions that go into space
  • And of course, a friendly and committed team where teamwork comes first
