Guidance from day one
You’ll start in a group with other new employees, so you’ll learn and grow together. During the first months, you’ll be trained and supported by a specialist with over 30 years of experience. Step by step, he’ll teach you everything you need to know. Every two weeks, there are team briefings where you’ll receive feedback, learn new techniques, and continue developing your skills.

A day on the job
Your day starts in a bright, well-organized assembly hall. After a short team briefing, you gather the right plastic parts and begin assembling modular conveyor systems. You work precisely, follow technical instructions, and keep an eye on quality. Along the way, you collaborate with colleagues and look for ways to improve the process. At the end of the day, you leave knowing you’ve built something meaningful, and had fun doing it.

Tasks

  • Assemble plastic components into complete conveyor systems
  • Follow technical instructions in English or Dutch
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Prepare systems for packaging and international shipment
  • Collaborate with an international team of professionals
  • Identify issues and suggest improvements
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe and organized
  • Join team briefings for feedback and technique updates

  • Proficiency in English
  • Precise, independent and a strong team player
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full-time availability
  • You can work from 07:30 till 16:00
