We are searching for an experienced Supervisor for a logistics company in the Hoofddorp area. As a Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the stevedoring team and operational activities. Your role involves leading and ensuring smooth process flow while maintaining the highest quality standards.
-Coordinating the stevedoring team and overseeing operational activities.
-Performing loading and unloading tasks with a focus on maximizing efficiency and quality.
-Reporting on operational performance and identifying any issues to management.
-Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
-Equipment maintenance and reporting any technical issues.
-Experience in a similar role or as a supervisor.
-Proficiency in Dutch or English, both verbally and in writing.
-Strong leadership qualities with motivational skills.
-Technical knowledge of loading and unloading equipment.
-Understanding of logistics processes and optimization.
-Possession of a valid forklift certificate.
-Required application for the Certificate of No Objection (VGB).
-Valid Air Cargo Employee certificate is required; if not possessed, we will initiate the application.
-Competitive salary ranging from €2,500 to €3,000 per month based on 40 hours per week (depending on experience).
-Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 / 12:00 to 18:00 hours.
