Omschrijving

The company has over 50 years of experience in ensuring the safe transportation of temperature-sensitive material is a leading global provider of both reusable and single-use thermal packaging solutions. They primarily serve the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and medical device industries. The company has a reputation for being the industry’s most innovative and reliable provider, and is trusted by the largest global life sciences companies for their vigorous growth history.

The Supervisor, EMEA Manufacturing provides manufacturing support to regional business operations based at the office in the Netherlands. The position is responsible for maintaining daily production schedule, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality guideline.

Werkzaamheden

-Plan and manage production activities based on customer job orders;
-Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop production plan and determine workflow requirements;
-Assist in developing production budgets and schedules;
-Monitor and manage on-going workflow to ensure timely delivery;
-Organize job trainings to production team to achieve desired goals;
-Provide technical assistance to team members in their assigned job duties;
-Develop cost-effective production solutions while maintaining high quality and productivity;
-Monitor and report job status to customers on regular basis;
-Ensure timely product production, shipping and delivery to customers.

Wij zoeken

High school diploma;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a the warehouse with at least 2 years in a supervisory role;
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team;
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience with process improvement initiatives;
-Fluent in English and preferably other EMEA languages.
