About

For a company in Uithoorn that serves as the premier European procurement partner for interior and lifestyle professionals, we have an exciting opportunity available: Senior Logistics Associate. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of efficiently and effectively managing the warehouse with a focus on high quality. You’ll work closely with the team and play an integral role in various logistics processes, including loading and unloading, order processing, and inspections. Simultaneously, you’ll ensure a clean and safe work environment while contributing to seamless collaboration between different departments.

Responsibilities

-Coordinating warehouse personnel.
-Opening and closing the facility following procedures.
-Active participation in logistics processes, from loading/unloading to order processing.
-Ensuring efficient and quality-driven logistics handling.
-Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
-Collaboration and communication with other departments.

Qualifications

-MBO diploma in logistics or relevant work experience.
-Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
-Experience in logistics or warehouse work.
-Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
-Resilient and solution-oriented.
-Ability to maintain overview during busy moments.
-Alignment with our values: connecting, entrepreneurial, empathetic, and enthusiastic.
-Reachtruck and/or forklift certification (preferred).
Experience with Lean and 5S (preferred).
