About

Are you an enthusiastic professional with a passion for administrative support in the logistics field? Join the team in Hoofddorp, as a Logistics Administrator. As a vital part of the organization, you will contribute to the seamless operations of the warehousing and logistics team.

We are seeking a qualified Logistics Administrator for a company based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The organization owns and manages three bonded warehouses strategically located at the airport and seaport. With expertise in the storage and handling of Lithium batteries and as a qualified broker for VIHB-licensed waste management, our company plays a vital role in the logistics sector. The logistic centers are fully equipped to manage the entire operational chain, covering import, customs, fulfillment, and after-sales service. Join the dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency of the logistics operations.

Responsibilities

-Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Collaborate for a smooth logistical operation, including shipments and inventory management.
-Support HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

-Provide efficient administrative support to the warehouse and logistics team.
-Manage office documentation for accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications

-Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
-Requires proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
-You have 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
-Experience in administrative support and office administration.
-Experience in managing and maintaining office equipment.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-You are eager to learn and adept at quickly identifying connections.

Benefits

-Competitive salary ranging from €2500 to €3300 per month based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on experience).
-Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
-Good primary and secondary employment conditions, depending on age and experience.
