About:

Are you energized by a dynamic warehouse environment and enjoy taking a hands-on approach? As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing essential logistics tasks, such as booking shipments, coordinating driver arrivals, and processing important documents like CMR and BVA. You’ll be the link between the warehouse and office teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations every day.

This position offers flexible working hours, and while Dutch language skills are an advantage, they are not a requirement. Conveniently located in Hoofddorp, it’s easily accessible from Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking shipments with courier services.
  • Receiving drivers and entering truck data into Excel and WMS systems.
  • Creating and managing incoming and outgoing transport documents (CMR, BVA).
  • Collaborating with both warehouse and office teams.
  • Adapting to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Taking on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Flexibility in working locations between the warehouse and office.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dutch is preferred but not required; English is essential.
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Experience with Excel and WMS systems for data entry.
  • Familiarity with a warehouse environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including potential weekend shifts.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Proficiency in the English language is required for this position.
