About:

Are you an enthusiastic go-getter with a knack for ensuring everything runs smoothly? We are looking for a motivated Order Picker to join our dynamic team in Hoofddorp! In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring that all items are ready for delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Maintain inventory management and perform quality checks to ensure all items meet standards.
  • Assist in order verification and identify incomplete orders.
  • Perform various warehouse tasks, including sealing orders and keeping the workspace clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in a similar role, such as warehouse operative or order picker.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to balance thoroughness and speed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in Dutch and/or English languages is required for this position.
