About

Would you like to work in a state of the art facility? And would you like to learn the process of building conveyor belts for the customers? Then apply now.

This company has just opened its new facility and is looking for assembly workers who are interested in learning the process of building conveyor belts for various clients. Are you willing to make a commitment? This company wants to offer you an extensive onboarding and learning program to ensure you have the best possible start.

The company also offers a lot of incentives and benefit packages if you decide to stay with the company for longer than 6 months. (we can tell you more about it in the first interview)

Responsibilities

-Assembling products using precision equipment and tools.
-Inspecting and testing finished products for quality and accuracy.
-Collaborating with an international team to meet production goals.
-Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
-Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
-Assisting in process improvement initiatives.
-Participating in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications

-Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
-Willing to work shifts from 07:30 to 16:00.
-Strong attention to detail and quality.
-Ability to stand for longer periods
-Good hand/eye coordination.
-Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Good mathematical and communication skills.

Benefits

-Salary of 14 euro per hour ( €12,50 + €1,50 per worked hour)
-Overtime paid, 150%, for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week (including holidays).
-Monday till Friday working hours are 07:30-16:00
-Extra incentives if you reach the production goals ( this will be after the first contract if you are working with the company)
